PerDiem has two free daily number puzzles. Route is a math path: start from today's date and land exactly on a target. Theorem is a tile puzzle where you rearrange the grid to multiply your score.
Route: climb to the target
Route is a grid of circles, each with a small operation like +3, -2 or x2. Your starting number is the day of the month. Step from circle to circle, applying each operation as you go, and land exactly on the target number. It's mental math with a bit of route planning. Read how to play Route.
Theorem: chase the multiplier
Theorem gives you a grid of colorful tiles and three rules for the day. Rearrange the tiles to trigger the rules. Your score is base times multiplier, and you get three tries per grid to reach bronze, silver or gold. Read how to play Theorem.
Good for the classroom?
Route is a quick mental math warm-up, and the start number changes every day with the date. Everyone gets the same puzzle, so a class can compare routes.
