PerDiem has seven free daily logic and spatial puzzles. Each one is a different kind of problem: untangling, rotating, sliding, matching, tiling, cutting and deducing. A new puzzle arrives in each one every day.
Lattice: untangle the lines
Lattice is a web of dots and lines. Drag the dots until no two lines cross. It's the same idea as Planarity and other untangle puzzles, and the web grows through the week. Read how to play Lattice.
Canals: rotate the pipes
Canals is a scrambled grid of pipes. Each tap turns a piece a quarter turn, and the goal is to get water to every cell from a single source. There's a fewest-taps count to chase. Read how to play Canals.
Glide: slide across the ice
Glide is an ice-sliding puzzle. You slide until you hit something, so every move has to be planned. Each day is three boards of growing size, with a par to beat. Read how to play Glide, or see more on ice sliding puzzles.
Seams: match every edge
Seams is an edge-matching tile puzzle. Place the tiles so every seam between neighbors matches. Read how to play Seams.
Masonry: lay the dominoes
Masonry is a domino puzzle on a Latin square. Lay every domino so each row and column holds each number once, using a few printed pips and joined squares as clues. Weekdays are 4 by 4 and the weekend is 6 by 6. Read how to play Masonry.
Hearsay: spot the liar
Hearsay is a deduction puzzle in the knights and knaves tradition. Everyone on a small grid is either honest or a liar, and each makes one statement about the others. With a daily rule that's always true, work out who is who. Read how to play Hearsay, or see games like Clues by Sam and games like Murdle.
Portion: cut the shape
Portion gives you a lumpy shape and a set of target percentages. Make one or two straight cuts to split it as closely as you can. Only your closest try counts. Read how to play Portion.
Which one should I try first?
Lattice is the easiest to pick up: there's one rule and you can't break anything. Glide and Canals reward planning the most, and Hearsay rewards patient reading. Every game is free, runs in your browser and needs no account.
